Mixture according to Dr. med. Georg Weidinger from his book "Die Chinesische Hausapotheke" (published by Goldmann Verlag), book page 542. (Order book online at Amazon).
Application:
Pain in the upper abdomen, headaches, dizziness, dry throat, irregular menstruation, breast tenderness during menstruation, tiredness, reduced appetite, weather sensitivity (wind!) with headaches and tiredness, cyclical malaise, stress dependency, irregular digestion, depression, exhaustion, burnout, helps with sleep problems (especially when waking up between 1 and 3 a.m.).
TCM: Frees the liver qi, relaxes the shen, liver attacks spleen, wind
