I want you invite you once a week to a live Qi Gong lesson with me. My motivation for this project is to be able to be in contact with you even more personally. So in this live class we are both on the mat at the same time - you behind the screen and me in front of the camera. What connects us both is the desire to strengthen the body and calm our minds. 

To achieve this, I will give you show the best Qi Gong exercises in theory and practice. These exercises have proven themselves in my 20 years of Qi Gong practice and have brought help to many people.

In the live Qi Gong classes, it's all about practice - doing. I want to move you in the truest sense of the word! Only from listening we learn nothing and can make no progress. Only by actively doing something can change in your life.

Those who want to start anew should do it immediately, because one difficulty overcome avoids a hundred new ones.

And if you take the right steps, this change can have incredibly positive effects on your whole life. Qigong is an extremely effective method to strengthen the body, make it more flexible and agile, straighten it up and make it healthy from the inside.

And also on our psychological well-being, the exercises have an influence that should not be underestimated. Through the deep and conscious breathing, during the practice, there is a very deep relaxation at the level of the nervous system. Stress, fears, self-doubt, worries and many other stressful emotions can often dissolve as if by themselves. 

The ability to be fully present in the here and now is also something that improves greatly through regular qigong practice. And you may have this desire secretly, as many others do. You want to escape external stress and simply relax into the moment and accept life as it presents itself right now. This is exactly what Qi Gong can give you.
