Effect TCM:
According to Chinese medicine, it is mostly Kidney-Yang Emptiness and Spleen-Qi Emptiness with symptoms such as sensitivity of the lower body to cold and weaknesses of all kinds due to age. The tongue is usually pale, the pulse empty, especially in the posterior positions.

Product Description:
Younger people with stress-related disorders often have ascending Liver-Qi and Spleen-Emptiness, with signs such as irritability and tension with poor sleep. The tongue has dental impressions and the pulse is stringy or tense.

Dosage:
3 times a day 4-6 pellets.

The power pellets can also be crushed to increase the effect and boiled with any water for about 2-3 minutes and drunk after cooling.

The combination should not be combined with caffeine and should be done in the morning and in the evening. If necessary, the dose can also be increased to three times a day, but should not be abused by young or healthy men.
