Yin & Yang in harmony
Blend according to alternative practitioner Vivian Ansuhenne from Hamburg.
Special feature:
Ganoderma lucidum, chin. Ling zhi/jap. Reishi, is a mushroom known as longevity mushroom (anti-aging), the mushroom is said to provide an inner balance when the person has too little Yin substance, because it nourishes all Yin organs (Le, He, Pc, Mi, Lu, Ni). In addition, it can ensure that blockages, resulting from a weak energy/Qi flow in combination with wetness, are released. It has also been proven that the Ganoderma mushroom, as an adaptogen, can counteract inner restlessness as well as fatigue.

💊 Taking TCM herbs correctly - why more tablets and more time?
Western medicines are isolated single molecules in high concentrations - one active ingredient, one target. Like an arrow: fast and precise. That's why a single tablet is often enough.
TCM herbal mixtures work differently. Each formula contains several plants with hundreds of compounds that work in synergy - like an orchestra, not a soloist. The individual dose per compound is lower, but the sum unfolds a broad, profound effect. This is why more tablets are needed per intake - and why the side effects are generally milder.
And why so long? Western painkillers suppress symptoms in an hour - but the cause remains. TCM herbs change the pattern that creates the discomfort. The difference is like between a painkiller and physiotherapy: the painkiller works immediately, but physiotherapy heals. And healing takes time.
General intake recommendation:
(unless otherwise stated on the respective product page or by your TCM therapist)
✓ Dosage: 2x daily 4-6 tablets (depending on the formula)
✓ Duration: 6-12 weeks so that the body can really change its pattern
✓ Intake: Preferably with warm water, 30 minutes before or after eating
