Die Lehre der TCM kennt ein feines Wechselspiel zwischen der „Leber“, die für den freien Fluss steht, und der „Milz“, die die Mitte trägt. So beschreibt die Lehre der TCM das Verhältnis von Leber und Milz. Dieser ruhigen Grenze widmet die Tradition Tong Xie Yao Fang — die Rezeptur, der W24 folgt.
WAS MACHT W24 BESONDERS?
Die Reduktion: Vier geröstete Zutaten
Tong Xie Yao Fang kommt mit vier Zutaten aus, und alle vier werden hier in gerösteter (chao) Form verwendet — eine klassische Zubereitung, die den Charakter der Kräuter wandelt. Die Rezeptur wird Liu Cao–Chuang bzw. Zhu Danxi (Yuan/Ming) zugeschrieben.
Die Idee: Milz stützen, Leber beruhigen
Der geröstete Atractylodes (Chao Bai Zhu) trägt mit 40 % den größten Anteil und steht für die Milz; die geröstete Pfingstrose beruhigt die Leber, die Windschutz–Wurzel (Fang Feng) gibt der Rezeptur ihren charakteristischen Akzent.
In der Systematik der TCM ist Tong Xie Yao Fang die klassische Rezeptur des Musters Leber überwindet Milz.
Vier geröstete Zutaten wie ein ruhiges Wort — sie schlichten, statt zu drängen.

💊 Comment prendre correctement les plantes de la MTC
Les mélanges traditionnels de plantes chinoises se composent de plusieurs plantes associées selon les principes de la MTC. Dans le cadre d'une utilisation traditionnelle, ils sont pris sur une longue période et répartis tout au long de la journée.
Recommandations générales de consommation (sauf indication contraire sur la page du produit concerné) :
✓ Apport journalier recommandé : 2 à 4 comprimés, 2 à 3 fois par jour
✓ Durée : 80 à 120 jours
✓ Ingestion : Avec au moins 0,2 l d'eau chaude, 30 minutes avant ou après le repas

Herbes TCM : 100% qualité testée
Toutes les poudres ou granulés concentrés avec lesquels nos mélanges d'herbes sont fabriqués sont certifiés en termes de qualité.
