🌿 1. HK 06 – dein Schutzpunkt für das Herz

You will find HK 06 (cardiovascular system 6) on the inside of your forearm, about two fingers wide above the wrist crease. Gently place your thumb on it.
Breathe in - and as you breathe out, imagine how a warm protective cover surrounds your heart.

This point is like a gate: it protects your heart, but does not lock it in.

🌸 2. Qi Gong Übung „Wolken teilen“ — Raum schaffen, Herz öffnen

Stand up straight, your feet firmly rooted.
Gently move both hands upwards as if you were holding a cloud.
Then slowly open them to the right and left - as if you were parting the clouds to allow light to flow through.
This movement creates space around you.
Space for you.
Room for connection.

🌱 3. Geführte Meditation: „Alles darf sein, wie es ist“

Make yourself comfortable.
Breathe in deeply... and out.
This meditation invites you to simply be - with everything that is there right now.
The longing. The restlessness. The hope.
Nothing has to be different.
And it is precisely there, in this allowing, that peace arises.
