The 18 figures of harmony, also called Shibashi, is a particularly beautiful compilation of 18 exercises from Qi Gong and Tai Chi. The combination of exercises is characterized by being very rhythmic and aesthetic.
Qi Gong is a movement art originating from China. Through conscious movement, breathing and mental concentration you can increase your vitality. In this video - course you will find:
