340 power pellets of approx. 500 mg each

Effect west:
Burnout, exhaustion.

Effect TCM:
Spleen-Qi deficiency, Liver-Qi stagnation with heat sign and rising Liver-Qi, Heart-Yin emptiness.

Product Description:
When daily pressure claims its victim in sleep disorders, irritability, nervousness, exhaustion and other signs of stress, this combination is suitable both for relief and after a breakdown to restore recovery and calm.

Dosage:
3 times a day 4-6 pellets.

After a burnout about 1-2 months or during particularly stressful times 2-3 times a day.

The power pellets can also be crushed to increase the effect and boiled with any water for about 2-3 minutes and drunk after cooling.
