Our retreats are unique time-outs - sometimes in the beautiful, powerful mountains of Tyrol, sometimes in Tuscany. 
You can expect a clear mix of movement, breathing, rest and nature - explained in a science-friendly way, physically tangible and suitable for everyday use.
For all those who don't want to optimize, but rather regulate themselves: slow down, refuel, realign.

Pure retreat and regeneration

Our retreats are time-outs with depth - and structure at the same time. Whether in the powerful mountains around Leutasch, in the vast light of Tuscany or at the breathing retreat on the Fernpass: every week is designed to get you out of „always on“ mode and back to yourself. Not through big promises, but through practice, rhythm and real experience - with space for silence, nature and what wants to show itself.

You can expect a clear mix of Qi Gong, breathing work, movement, regeneration and impulses from TCM and modern body and stress physiology that are suitable for everyday use. We explain interrelationships in a science-friendly and understandable way - and then bring them immediately into the body: tangible, measurable, safe. The result is learning that doesn't get stuck in your head, but „arrives“ in your nervous system.

No matter which retreat you choose: it's not about optimization, but about regulation. Slow down, refuel, realign - and go home with an inner compass that continues to work in everyday life.

Qi Gong & TAO Breath Retreat

This retreat combines Qi Gong and TAO Breath into a practice that calms and strengthens at the same time. You will learn how to regulate your nervous system through movement, breathing rhythm and body awareness - noticeably, safely and without overstraining yourself. It's not about „creating more“, but about being more present: becoming soft, becoming clear, coming back into yourself.

Explained in a science-friendly way, deeply experiential and so suitable for everyday use that you can really take the most important tools home with you afterwards.
