Breathing, meditation and movement in nature

🌿 In our many years of Experience as a trainer and operator of the YouTube channel "Simply live better" we have repeatedly witnessed the transformative effect of the breath on the health and well-being of our clients. Through our work we have found that the conscious use of the breath not only has a superficial effect on the body, but can bring about profound changes on a physical, mental and emotional level. We want to explore this healing power of the breath together during these days and significantly improve physical and mental health in the process.
 
Our daily routine during of the retreat is designed to emphasize the practical experience, but also to provide background knowledge and understanding of the breath. We believe that a holistic approach to breathwork is crucial to achieving long-term results. It is therefore our aim to present breathwork not just as a theoretical concept, but to establish it as a holistic approach to improving health and well-being.
 
Through our retreats and workshops, we want to support people in developing a deep connection to their breath and using it as a powerful tool for self-healing and self-development. We firmly believe that a conscious breathing practice can not only lead to a healthier life, but also to a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.

In addition, we offer we give you the opportunity to explore the natural splendor of the forest. You spend time in the middle of the forest, breathe in the fresh air, listen to the sounds of nature and let yourself be inspired by the forest environment. This experience promotes relaxation, stress reduction and well-being without using the term "forest bathing".
