🌀 How to strengthen your meridians - 3 simple tips
Your Qi loves movement, attention and rhythm. When you get it flowing again, you will feel new strength, clarity and inner peace. Here are three simple ways that you can apply immediately:
1️⃣ Use the power of the meridian clock:
Each meridian has its own time when it is particularly active. If you organize your everyday life in harmony with this "inner clock", you support the natural flow of your energy.
🕔 5-7 o'clock (large intestine meridian) → Perfect time for detoxification:
Start the day with a glass of warm water or a gentle walk. This helps you to let go - inside and out.
🕦 11 am - 1 pm (heart meridian) → Best time for important conversations:
This time is ideal for heart-opening encounters. A heart-to-heart conversation is easier now.
🕕 5-7 pm (kidney meridian) → Time for rest & regeneration:
Now is the time for stillness and regeneration. A warm footbath, a quiet breathing exercise or simply a moment of mindfulness will boost your vital energy.
2️⃣ Get your energy flowing - with conscious movement
Your body loves gentle impulses!
Meridian yoga, tapping techniques and targeted stretching activate your energy flow:
-Gently tap along your arms or legs to awaken the energy pathways.
- Stretch specifically:
→ Lateral inclinations open liver and gallbladder meridians.
→ Prevention strengthens the stomach and spleen meridians.
