1. Arrive at your place first thing in the morning — not at the world's.

2. Eat warm and soft foods—starting in the morning.
In winter, your body needs food that sustains it.

  • 🍐 Or: Pear compote with sesame seeds
  • 🥬 No raw food, no cold yogurt.

→ Warmth gives your system stability. Cold intensifies the emptiness.

3. Move slowly — as if you want to remember.

  • Don't do a fitness routine.
  • Instead, soft swinging, pelvic circles, standing calmly.
  • Stay connected. Not driven.

→ You are not a head with a to-do list. You are a body with rhythm.

4. Breathe regularly — not just when things get tough.

  • 🫁 4 seconds on — 7 hold — 8 off
  • Do this for 5 minutes a day.
  • Preferably in the evening.
  • Long exhalation = „I am safe.“

→ Long exhalation = signal to your system: „I am safe.“
→ Regularity is stronger than intensity.

  • no hurry
