The power grows quietly and knows its way.
🌿 What TCM says about this:
Traditional Chinese medicine states:
The energy of spring - the wood - wants to grow, rise, unfold.
But without direction, it becomes chaotic.
Then everything sprouts at once--but nothing grows really big.
The fire - your heart - also wants to shine.
But if the flame burns too high, you lack focus.
The solution?
Do not slow down. But rather bundle.
Do not suppress - but direct.
✨ Three ways to get your energy flowing again:
🍃 1. wave breathing - like the sea inside you
Imagine that your breath is a wave.
Slowly coming, slowly going.
A ... the light of the morning.
Off ... the gentle letting go in the evening.
Place your hands on your stomach.
Close your eyes.
Breathe in and out - for about 6 heartbeats per phase.
In TCM, this breathing helps you to let the Qi flow calmly and evenly again - without pressure, without haste.

🌬 2. "Support the sky" - find your direction
Stand up straight.
Your feet firmly rooted.
Your hands rise - as if you were lifting the sky.
Gentle. Flowing. Free.
Then lower your arms again - like light flowing back into you.
In TCM, this exercise strengthens the ascending Qi and at the same time brings it back to the heart - a path to clarity in the midst of growth.

3rd acupressure point liver 3 - bundle your strength
There is a point between the big toe and the second toe: Liver 3 - "big meeting".
If you massage it gently, you will feel your thoughts calm down.
Your heart becomes clear.
The energy is directed - no longer everywhere, but to where you really want it to go.

🍂 Conclusion:
Not all at once.
Not higher, faster, further.
But deeper. Calmer. Clearer.
Sometimes the greatest force is the one you gently guide.
Because if you give your Qi direction, calm will follow of its own accord.
Roots grow quietly.
And yet they hold the whole world.
