💊 How to Take TCM Herbs Properly
Traditional Chinese herbal formulas consist of several plants that are combined according to the principles of TCM. In traditional practice, they are taken over an extended period of time and spread out throughout the day.
General intake recommendation:
(unless otherwise stated on the respective product page or by your TCM therapist)
✓ Dosage: 2–4 tablets 2–3 times a day, as needed.
✓ Duration: Use for 80 to 120 days to allow the body to adjust its energetic pattern.
✓ Intake: Take with at least 0.2 liters of warm water, 30 minutes before or after a meal.
Note: When this product description refers to the „heart,“ „liver,“ „spleen,“ „lungs,“ „kidneys,“ etc., it always refers to the functional systems of Chinese medicine—energetic systems, not the anatomical organs.
Note:
Only the highest-quality herbs from traditional Chinese medicine were selected for the formulations of these dietary supplements. They contain only herbs available without a prescription and are intended as dietary supplements.
Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of the reach of small children. Store away from light and at room temperature. For an accurate diagnosis, and especially for pregnant and breastfeeding women, we recommend consulting a therapist specializing in Chinese medicine or your family doctor.
TCM herbs: 100% tested quality
All concentrated powders or granules used to produce our herbal blends are certified for quality. This means that each plant is tested by a laboratory beforehand. A plant is approved for production only after it meets the quality standards.
