🥣 Microbiome porridge for healthy skin

A breakfast that soothes the gut & skin - full of fiber, antioxidants and healthy fats

Ingredients (for 1 portion):
-100 ml milk (alternatively: unsweetened oat drink)
-50 g oat flakes
-A handful of raspberries (alternatively: blackberries or blueberries)
100 g natural yogurt (alternatively: almond-based plant-based yogurt)
-2 tbsp walnuts (alternatively: almonds, roughly chopped)
-0.5 tsp cinnamon
-a little (fresh from the pod) vanilla

Preparation:
Bring the milk or plant-based drink to the boil in a pan, stir in the rolled oats and heat briefly.
Meanwhile, wash and drain the berries and roughly chop the nuts.
Remove the warm porridge from the heat, fold in the berries, then add the yogurt and nuts.
Refine with cinnamon and vanilla.
