Liver & Heart Blood Deficiency
Your TCM evaluation points to a so-called Heart and liver blood deficiency towards it. This means that the Yin aspect of the heart and liver is weak at the moment. In general, TCM distinguishes between Yin and Yang and between Blood and Qi. Where the blood is assigned more to the Yin and the Qi more to the Yang. Qi and blood belong together. One can imagine the blood as the material aspect of Qi, thus quasi Qi in visible form. A blood deficiency is often based on a weakness of the spleen energy. This is because the spleen is responsible for blood production. And so, over time, a spleen qi deficiency can develop into a blood deficiency. This subsequently affects either the liver, the heart or both organs.
The most common causes are mental strain, stress and a Spleen Qi Deficiency in question. Also a general constitutional weakness, as well as chronic diseases can cause a heart and liver blood deficiency.
The typical symptoms of such blood deficiency are: pale lips, cramps and numbness (paresthesias), brittle finger and toe nails, dry eyes, night blindness, dizziness and tendon sheath problems.
Furthermore, sleep is superficial and menstruation is weak, painful or irregular in the presence of blood deficiency.
"Thinness," jumpiness, and restlessness are other symptoms.

1. recommended TCM herbal mixture
One of the most important tools of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) is the herbal therapy. Thereby highly complex formulations compiled. The aim of herbal therapy is to bring the body into a new balance at the biochemical level. The individual herbs are combined in such a way that they complement each other and keep each other in "check" at the same time. This means that there are also ingredients in the formula which can compensate for a too dominant effect of one active ingredient.
We recommend you the following herbal mixture 2-3 times a day to take. Preferably until the lack of energy has noticeably improved.

So the mixture is to be used for the above symptoms. The most common use is for symptoms before, at and after menstruation. Hence the name "Women Xue mixture".
2. acupressure for support
The acupressure triggers a variety of positive effects in the body by means of simple pressure on certain parts of the body. The method is very simple in application and still brings very good results. The great advantage of this therapy method is that you need nothing more than your fingers, or a therapy pen and the knowledge of where to find the points.
Acupressure can be performed with the fingers. To achieve a better effect, we recommend applying the points with the AkuPen to work. In this way, you achieve the double effect - that of acupressure and acupuncture. We call this self-acupuncture.
To achieve the best possible effect, you should use acupressure At least 1 time per day perform. In more severe cases, acupressure can be performed 2 times. For this purpose, it is best to use the morning and early evening. But also an "acupressure break" in between is valuable for health.
