Wolfgang's Qi Gong Tips

Wolfgang shows you the Mini Qi Gong program consisting of eight exercises:
Qi awakening
Connecting heaven and earth
View full moon
Liver cleanse
Purification breathing
Collect Qi
Qi Gong exercises
for better digestion

This Qi Gong program consists of 6 exercises that strengthen your digestion. In particular, the meridians of the stomach, spleen and liver are stimulated and balanced. The two exercises "Connecting Heaven and Earth" and "Looking at the Full Moon" are typical exercises for the Earth Element, with its meridians Stomach and Spleen. They represent our energetic center and must function optimally for a good digestion of food.

The liver also has an important digestive function, as the gallbladder must produce digestive juices for fat digestion. Another task of the liver is detoxification, that is, the elimination of those food components that are harmful. The exercises "Cleansing Liver" and "Cleansing Breathing" do exactly this and thereby also support the digestion, so that there is no slagging.

Allergies

With the following 3 acupuncture points, you can successfully treat allergies yourself. It is enough to stimulate the points 2 times a day or as needed with the AkuPen.

Acupen
LI 04 - General pain point with effect on the head area.
It's between your thumb and index finger at the highest point when you put them both together.

This is one of the acupuncture points most commonly used in acupuncture. It resolves pain, especially in the upper part of the head, for example head and neck pain. In China, it is even used to perform surgery without anesthesia.

It has also proven to be very beneficial in the treatment of allergies.

Lv 03 - releases tension and brings down the energy
This is another very important and frequently used acupuncture point in TCM. It harmonizes the liver and brings the Qi down when it pushes too strongly upwards, as is the case with headaches, for example.

It is the counterpoint to Di4, located in the same place as the latter, only on the foot. It is found in a hollow between the big toe and the second toe.

Since allergies often have to do with a buildup of liver energy, we use this point to treat the cause of the allergy.

LI 20 - this point is located on the side of the nostril and is often very sensitive when stimulated with the AkuPen.
If the eyes begin to water, this is a sign that you have hit the point correctly. This point clears and clears the nose and eye area. It is helpful when the allergy causes annoying itching and redness in the eyes and nose area.

Chinese herbs

The herbal therapy is called "the queen of TCM" in traditional Chinese medicine. This underlines its high status. Herbs form an important foundation of TCM and have a profound effect on the human organism. They can replenish deficiencies, expel states of fullness, warm or cool the body. They are generally referred to as herbs. Nevertheless, minerals are also used in the recipes.

We have made suggestions for all clinical pictures for such proven recipes. Nevertheless, in many cases it may be necessary to consult a doctor or therapist. Based on the individual situation, this person can recognize how the energetic situation really is at the moment and, based on this, recommend the optimal herbal mixture. Of course we do not have this possibility, because we cannot meet you personally. Nevertheless, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and we will try to help you as much as possible.
