Change does not begin in the mind - it begins in the body, in the breath, in the nervous system. In my coaching, I combine proven methods from various traditions to create a holistic approach that focuses on you as a whole person.
I work with elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), to make the connections between physical well-being, emotions and vital energy visible. TCM teaches us that our inner balance not only influences our well-being, but also our thoughts and actions - knowledge that provides valuable guidance in coaching.
Breathing work is a central tool in this process. The breath is the most direct connection between body and mind - it can be consciously controlled and influences our state in a matter of seconds. Through targeted breathing techniques, you learn to center yourself, release blockages and gain new clarity.
Closely linked to this is the Nervous system regulation. Many of our patterns - stress, exhaustion, emotional reactions - are deeply rooted in our nervous system. In coaching, we create security and regulation as a basis so that real change is even possible.
With the method of Focusing we go one step deeper. Focusing invites us to pause for a moment and trace what shows up physically when we turn our attention to a topic - the so-called „felt sense“. This gives us access to wisdom that lies beyond language and reason.
