How easy it is to integrate BS+ into your everyday life
BS+ has been developed to fit effortlessly into your daily routine. With proper use, you can unleash the full power of this revolutionary fiber formula.
Recommended intake:
- Start phase (Week 1):
Dissolve 5 g BS+ in 400 ml clear water 2 x daily - Build-up phase (week 2):
Increase to 2 x 10 g BS+ per day in 400 ml water - Maintenance phase (from week 3):
2 x daily 20 g BS+ in 400 ml water
Ideal time:
Take 20 minutes before a meal

- In rare cases, slight bloating or abdominal pain may occur at the beginning. This is normal and usually subsides after 2-3 weeks.
- When taking medication, we recommend a time interval of at least 2 hours from BS+.
- Pregnant women, nursing mothers and children should consult a doctor before taking it.
- One pack of BS+ (1,240 g) lasts for about a month if taken as recommended.

In rare cases, a temporary increase in flatulence can occur when taking fiber such as in our BS+ for the first time - especially if the intestine is not yet used to this form of soluble fiber. This does not mean that you cannot tolerate the product, but often just that your microbiome is adjusting to the new food.
Our recommendation: Start with a smaller amount (e.g. ½ measuring spoon) and preferably take it with a meal, ideally warm and well chewed. Give your gut a few days to adjust. Experience shows that any initial discomfort usually subsides quickly - and many people soon notice the positive effects on digestion, energy and well-being.
