Non si tratta di un difetto, ma di una reazione a un eccesso di input e a una scarsa transizione.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tempistica del cortisolo<\/strong> Il cortisolo dovrebbe essere alto al mattino e basso alla sera. Con lo stress cronico, questa curva si appiattisce o addirittura si inverte.
