allora c'\u00e8 di mezzo il calore.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3) Carenza di sangue nel fegato<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3698\" data-end=\"3860\">In questo caso il problema non \u00e8 tanto la \u201epressione eccessiva\u201c, quanto piuttosto <strong data-start=\"3750\" data-end=\"3771\">poca sostanza<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"3772\" data-end=\"3775\">Se il sangue non si accumula correttamente, il sonno diventa pi\u00f9 leggero, specialmente durante il periodo epatico.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"3862\" data-end=\"3883\">Segni tipici:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3862\" data-end=\"4085\">sonno leggero, tanti sogni, risvegli frequenti<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3862\" data-end=\"4085\">occhi secchi, unghie fragili, labbra pallide<\/li>\n<li \u201esmorzare\u201c il libero flusso.<br data-start=\"4417\" data-end=\"4420\">Allora si formano pi\u00f9 in fretta gli ingorghi \u2014 e di notte la situazione si fa movimentata.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"4474\" data-end=\"4495\">Segni tipici:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"4474\" data-end=\"4656\">Risveglio tra l'1 e le 3 del mattino + digestione delicata<\/li>\n<li
