Manteneteli cos\u00ec con un regolare esercizio fisico e con lo stretching.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5-8 punti: Lievi restrizioni<\/strong> I primi segnali di stagnazione. \u00c8 il momento giusto per prendere delle contromisure. I 5 pilastri vi aiuteranno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9-12 punti: Rigidit\u00e0 significativa<\/strong> Il fegato ha bisogno di sostegno. Concentratevi sull'accumulo di sangue nel fegato e sullo stretching quotidiano. Le erbe possono aiutare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13-16 punti: Rigidit\u00e0 grave<\/strong> In questo caso \u00e8 necessaria un'azione costante. Attuare tutti i 5 pilastri, il supporto erboristico e la digitopressione quotidianamente.
