Riuscite a ricordare l'ultima volta che vi siete seduti e non avete fatto nulla per qualche minuto? Non avete letto, non avete bevuto t\u00e8 o caff\u00e8 e non avete passato del tempo sullo smartphone?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Se siete come molti altri, sar\u00e0 successo qualche tempo fa. Per alcuni, addirittura mesi, se non anni. Se viviamo a lungo in questa costante attivit\u00e0, finiamo per perdere il contatto con noi stessi. Ci sentiremo sempre pi\u00f9 inquieti, indisciplinati e a disagio nella nostra pelle. In poche parole, ci manca la pace interiore. Se non c'\u00e8 pace all'esterno, come possiamo trovarla all'interno?<\/p>\n<p>Vorremmo mostrarvi un modo possibile per ritrovare questo stato di equilibrio utilizzando una meditazione di movimento orientale. Richiede solo pochi minuti al giorno e un po' di disciplina.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Qi Gong <\/b>significa \"lavorare con l'energia vitale\". Quando iniziamo a bilanciare e armonizzare la nostra energia, ci sentiamo meglio fisicamente. Ma il Qi Gong ha un effetto che va ben oltre quello fisico. Diventiamo anche pi\u00f9 equilibrati e rilassati dal punto di vista emotivo.
