Inspire d'abord en levant les bras vers le haut devant la poitrine. En expirant, \u00e9tire maintenant tes deux bras sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, loin de toi. Les paumes de tes mains sont alors relev\u00e9es et tu effectues un mouvement de pouss\u00e9e en t'\u00e9loignant de ta poitrine. Lorsque les bras sont tendus, tourne les paumes vers le haut et, en inspirant, commence \u00e0 ramener tes deux bras au-dessus de ta t\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>Arriv\u00e9 en haut, tu laisses maintenant descendre tes mains devant la ligne m\u00e9diane du corps, jusqu'aux genoux, en expirant. Le Qi Gong est cens\u00e9 d\u00e9tendre et si la concentration simultan\u00e9e sur la respiration et le nouveau mouvement cr\u00e9e un sentiment de surmenage, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de pratiquer ces deux choses s\u00e9par\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"frage\">Est-ce que je peux aussi faire l'exercice plus rapidement parce que je ne peux pas respirer aussi lentement ?<\/p>\n<p class=\"antwort\">Oui, bien s\u00fbr, c'est possible et important. M\u00eame si j'insiste toujours sur une ex\u00e9cution consciente et lente des mouvements, il ne faut jamais que cela devienne du \"stress\". Tu ne dois jamais avoir l'impression d'avoir trop ou trop peu d'air.
