Expire et laisse tes mains descendre jusqu'en dessous des genoux. Une fois en bas, les mains se croisent et tu les ram\u00e8nes vers le haut en inspirant. Les mains se tournent automatiquement de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que tu regardes dans tes paumes \u00e0 hauteur du visage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les bras montent encore plus haut, jusqu'au-dessus de la t\u00eate. Maintenant, en expirant, ils redescendent sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s du corps. Le haut du corps se penche l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vers l'avant et tu laisses tes mains retomber sous les genoux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Cette fois-ci, lorsque tu inspires, l\u00e8ve les mains vers le haut, comme lors de la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9tition. En expirant, tourne maintenant ton torse vers la droite et laisse tes bras descendre sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9. Essaie aussi de fixer un point sur le sol avec tes yeux. Tu pourras ainsi garder plus facilement l'\u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"frage\">Est-ce que je peux aussi faire l'exercice plus rapidement parce que je ne peux pas respirer aussi lentement ?<\/p>\n<p class=\"antwort\">Oui, bien s\u00fbr, c'est possible et important. M\u00eame si j'insiste toujours sur une ex\u00e9cution consciente et lente des mouvements, il ne faut jamais que cela devienne du \"stress\". Tu ne dois jamais avoir l'impression d'avoir trop ou trop peu d'air.
