D'abord dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre, puis dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre, c'est-\u00e0-dire dans le sens du gros intestin. Ce massage a une influence positive sur les organes qui se trouvent dans le ventre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Fais des cercles 36 fois dans une direction et 36 fois dans l'autre.
