Il est \u00e9galement possible de prendre un petit-d\u00e9jeuner prot\u00e9in\u00e9, mais alors uniquement avec des l\u00e9gumineuses, un \u0153uf et des l\u00e9gumes cuits, pas de glucides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Midi<\/strong><br>\u00c9ventuellement selon les r\u00e8gles de l'alimentation dissoci\u00e9e :<br>L\u00e9gumes, viande ou poisson, fruits cuits, salade fra\u00eeche.<br>Peu de p\u00e2tes, de riz, de boulettes, etc. mais mange suffisamment de l\u00e9gumes et de prot\u00e9ines. \u00c9ventuellement une tranche de pain croustillant ou de pain grill\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><br><strong>Le soir<\/strong><br>En aucun cas des glucides ! Tu les consommeras au petit-d\u00e9jeuner.<br>Mange de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence avant 19 heures.<\/p>\n<p><br>Soupes, compotes, l\u00e9gumes cuits ou un peu de viande.<br>Au bon moment, tout est permis. Tu n'auras pas de carences, mais tu perdras du poids en continu, sans effet yo-yo.<br>Les sandwichs au fromage et \u00e0 la charcuterie sont \u00e0 proscrire !<\/p>\n<p>L'alimentation dissoci\u00e9e signifie : s\u00e9parer les glucides et les prot\u00e9ines !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recette classique \u00e0 base de plantes<\/strong> pour un th\u00e9 de je\u00fbne :<br>Une quantit\u00e9 \u00e9gale (1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe) de chaque herbe pour 1 litre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achill\u00e9e millefeuille, menthe poivr\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Fenouil (soulage les flatulences)<\/li>\n<li>cumin (dissout la stagnation de Le-Qi)<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9glisse (renforce le Qi de la rate)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conseil pour des plats de riz rapides :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Laver \u00e0 l'eau froide 1 bol de riz complet \u00e0 grains ronds et le porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition avec le double d'eau, r\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature, mettre un couvercle.<br>Apr\u00e8s 30 minutes, laver \u00e0 l'eau froide 1 \u00e0 2 tasses de riz basmati blanc ou de riz parfum\u00e9 au jasmin et les ajouter au riz complet avec 11\u20442 fois la quantit\u00e9 d'eau, porter bri\u00e8vement \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, baisser compl\u00e8tement le feu, mettre le couvercle. Apr\u00e8s 45 minutes au total, ce \"riz m\u00e9lang\u00e9\" est pr\u00eat (si le riz est froid, faire cuire le clou de girofle avec).<br>Vous pouvez maintenant utiliser le riz pour des plats sucr\u00e9s ou sal\u00e9s :<\/li>\n<li>Du riz sucr\u00e9 pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner :<br>il suffit de faire bouillir des raisins secs avec des poires ou des pommes et quelques noix, d'ajouter du riz, un peu de sucre de coco, ainsi que de la cannelle, de l'anis, de la cardamome, de la vanille en poudre et de d\u00e9guster le tout affin\u00e9 avec de l'huile Om\u00e9ga 3. Riz piquant (pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner ou le d\u00e9jeuner) :<br>L\u00e9gumes cuits + poivre, sel, jus de citron et persil<br>\u00e0 ajouter au riz ou \u00e0 manger avec ; riz affin\u00e9 avec du radicchio finement coup\u00e9 et du beurre et des \u00e9pices selon les go\u00fbts.<br>Le riz se conserve aussi tr\u00e8s bien quelques jours au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cause principale de l'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 :<\/strong><br>Est un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de la rate et de l'estomac, l'estomac devient chaud \u00e0 cause des habitudes alimentaires et des probl\u00e8mes psychiques.<br>D'une part, un probl\u00e8me d'humidit\u00e9 (manque de Qi de la rate) et, en parall\u00e8le, la sensation de faim.<br>Un fort Qi de l'estomac (fringale) provient d'un exc\u00e8s de pens\u00e9e, de rumination, c'est-\u00e0-dire de charge mentale, va sur les muqueuses (gastrite), produit de la chaleur au niveau de l'estomac et bloque l'extraction dans l'estomac ainsi que la capacit\u00e9 de transport de la rate.<br>\u00c0 cela s'ajoutent les habitudes alimentaires telles que l'exc\u00e8s de prot\u00e9ines (viande), le vin, les \u00e9pices fortes.&nbsp;<br>Le manque d'exercice physique entra\u00eene \u00e9galement une stagnation globale du Qi, qui se transforme en humidit\u00e9. C'est-\u00e0-dire que le manque d'activit\u00e9 physique cr\u00e9e encore plus d'humidit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Causes psychosomatiques de l'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 :<\/strong><br>a) trop de r\u00e9flexion d\u00e9clenche une stagnation du Qi, ce qui nuit \u00e0 l'extraction des nutriments dans l'estomac et \u00e0 la fonction de transport de la rate<\/p>\n<p><br>b) indirectement, le fait de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et de ruminer constamment sur sa situation entra\u00eene une stagnation du Qi du bois = frustration et d\u00e9ception.<\/p>\n<p>Parce que la terre travaille au ralenti \u00e0 cause de la stagnation du Qi : (la transformation des aliments est alt\u00e9r\u00e9e, la fonction de transport est ralentie), un processus de fermentation se produit dans le tube digestif, c'est-\u00e0-dire que des ballonnements, des selles p\u00e2teuses ou une constipation apparaissent. Si cela est chronique - surpoids - \"tas de fumier\" - humidit\u00e9 - chaleur humide.<\/p>\n<p>L'homme essaie de se d\u00e9tendre avec certains aliments : le go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9 a un effet relaxant et apaisant et dissout \u00e0 court terme la stagnation du Qi. L'effet secondaire du go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9 est \u00e0 son tour l'humidit\u00e9 et un nouveau ralentissement de l'absorption. Cela signifie que le patient grossit, m\u00eame s'il mange peu, et qu'il grossit encore plus s'il consomme des aliments sucr\u00e9s, c'est un cercle vicieux.<\/p>\n<p>Beaucoup utilisent alors des substituts de sucre, mais cela ne r\u00e9sout pas le probl\u00e8me.
