h et 3 h ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1680\" data-end=\"1766\">L'horloge des organes n'a rien de \u201e magique \u201c ; il s'agit d'un mod\u00e8le issu de la m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise qui permet de visualiser les rythmes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1792\"><strong data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1792\">De 1 h \u00e0 3 h = le moment du foie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Id\u00e9alement, voici ce qui devrait se passer pendant ces heures :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"2044\"><strong data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1886\">Le sang retourne vers le foie<\/strong> (R\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"2044\"><strong data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1941\">Le Qi circule \u201e en arri\u00e8re-plan data-start=\"2567\" data-end=\"2684\">Le grand classique chez les personnes qui tiennent beaucoup de choses en main pendant la journ\u00e9e :<br data-start=\"2620\" data-end=\"2623\">faire ce qu'il stagnation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2) Feu du foie \/ Yang du foie ascendant<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3143\" data-end=\"3276\">Si la stagnation perdure, elle peut devenir \u201e chaude \u201c.<br data-start=\"3198\" data-end=\"3201\">Ou bien, le soir, des facteurs d\u00e9clenchants viennent s'y ajouter (alcool, plats \u00e9pic\u00e9s, stress, travail tardif).<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"3546\" data-end=\"3653\"><strong data-start=\"3546\" data-end=\"3561\">Mini-bilan :<\/strong><br data-start=\"3561\" data-end=\"3564\">Si tu as l'impression que ta t\u00eate \u201e chauffe \u201c la nuit ou si tu te sens \u201e exploser \u201c de l'int\u00e9rieur, c'est que la chaleur est en cause.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3) Carence h\u00e9patique et sanguine<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3698\" data-end=\"3860\">Ici, le probl\u00e8me n'est pas tant \u201e une pression excessive \u201c, mais plut\u00f4t <strong data-start=\"3750\" data-end=\"3771\">manque de substance<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"3772\" data-end=\"3775\">Lorsque le sang ne s'accumule pas correctement, le sommeil devient plus l\u00e9ger, surtout pendant la p\u00e9riode du d'\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4) D\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre foie-rate (le Bois attaque la Terre)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4301\" data-end=\"4472\">Tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent et souvent sous-estim\u00e9 :<br data-start=\"4334\" data-end=\"4337\">Si le centre est affaibli (Qi de la rate), il ne peut pas \u201e amortir \u201c la libre circulation.<br data-start=\"4417\" Cela rend la p\u00e9riode du foie plus \u201e intense \u201c.
