Pas de th\u00e9rapies co\u00fbteuses.<br \/>Mais seulement ce qui lui manque.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la MTC, on dit<strong><em> Le foie nourrit les tendons.<br \/><\/em><\/strong>Lorsque le foie est faible, les tendons deviennent raides.<br \/>Si le foie est fort, le corps reste souple. Jusqu'\u00e0 un \u00e2ge avanc\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Bien s\u00fbr - en cas de blessures graves, de maladies chroniques des articulations ou apr\u00e8s une op\u00e9ration, la raideur a des causes solides qui doivent \u00eatre examin\u00e9es par un m\u00e9decin. Mais chez la plupart des gens, la raison est diff\u00e9rente : le corps a tout simplement \u00e9t\u00e9 oubli\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Et c'est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u00e0 que la MTC intervient.<\/p>\n<h2>\ud83c\udf33 <strong>Le foie et ta mobilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dans la MTC, chaque tissu appartient \u00e0 un organe. Et les tendons ? Ils appartiennent \u00e0 la <strong>Foie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9l\u00e9ment bois (foie\/v\u00e9sicule biliaire) r\u00e8gne sur :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tendons et ligaments<\/li>\n<li>Mobilit\u00e9 et flexibilit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Les yeux (l\u201e\u201couverture\" du foie)<\/li>\n<li>Les ongles (le \u201emiroir\u201c des tendons)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Si le foie est fort<\/strong> \u2192 Tendons \u00e9lastiques, mouvements fluides, corps souple.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lorsque le foie est affaibli<\/strong> \u2192 Tendons raides, mouvements saccad\u00e9s, le corps se sent vieux.<\/p>\n<h2>\ud83c\udf31 <strong>Pourquoi au printemps ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le printemps est la saison de l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment bois. L'\u00e9nergie du foie veut maintenant s'\u00e9veiller - tendre vers le haut, se mettre en mouvement.<\/p>\n<p>Mais apr\u00e8s un long hiver, elle est souvent stagnante : trop peu d'exercice, trop de nourriture lourde, pas assez de verdure fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La bonne nouvelle :<\/strong> C'est MAINTENANT que le foie r\u00e9agit le plus fortement au soutien. Ce que tu fais maintenant a un double effet.<\/p>\n<h2>\ud83e\ude78 <strong>Le sang du foie - la cl\u00e9 de la souplesse<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les tendons ont besoin de plus que le Qi. Ils ont besoin <strong>Foie-sang<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la MTC, le sang est une substance nourrissante et hydratante qui maintient la souplesse du corps. Une seule conclusion : <strong>La raideur n'est pas une fatalit\u00e9. Pr\u00e9serve-les - en faisant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de l'exercice et des \u00e9tirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5 \u00e0 8 points : L\u00e9g\u00e8res restrictions<\/strong> Les premiers signes de stagnation. C'est le moment id\u00e9al pour prendre le contre-pied. Les cinq piliers vont t'aider.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9 \u00e0 12 points : Raideur marqu\u00e9e<\/strong> Ton foie a besoin de soutien. Focalise-toi sur le d\u00e9veloppement du foie et du sang et sur les \u00e9tirements quotidiens. Les herbes peuvent aider.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13-16 points : Forte raideur<\/strong> Il faut ici agir de mani\u00e8re cons\u00e9quente. Appliquer les 5 piliers, soutien par les herbes, acupressure quotidienne. En cas de douleurs : penser aussi \u00e0 une consultation professionnelle de MTC.<\/p>\n<h2>\ud83c\udf3f <strong>Les 5 piliers pour plus de mobilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>1. s'\u00e9tirer - mais correctement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tous les \u00e9tirements ne sont pas utiles. Une mauvaise technique peut m\u00eame \u00eatre pr\u00e9judiciable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les r\u00e8gles d'or :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2192 <strong>Lentement et en douceur :<br \/><\/strong>Les tendons ont besoin de temps. Pas de mouvements brusques.<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 <strong>Tenir longtemps :<br \/><\/strong>Au moins 60 \u00e0 90 secondes par position. Ce n'est qu'apr\u00e8s 30 secondes que les fascias commencent \u00e0 se rel\u00e2cher.<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 <strong>Tous les jours :<br \/><\/strong>Mieux vaut 10 minutes tous les jours qu'une heure une fois par semaine. La r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 l'emporte sur l'intensit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 <strong>Le matin :<br \/><\/strong>C'est apr\u00e8s le sommeil que les tendons sont les plus raides. C'est l\u00e0 que l'effet est le plus important.<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 <strong>Avec respiration :<br \/><\/strong>Descendre d'un millim\u00e8tre \u00e0 chaque expiration. La respiration lib\u00e8re la tension.<\/p>\n<p>\u2192 <strong>Sans douleur :<br \/><\/strong>Un tiraillement est acceptable. La douleur est un signal d'alarme. Les fascias d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9s se collent comme une \u00e9ponge s\u00e8che.
