Il s'agit de la zone des hanches et des fesses. C'est l\u00e0 que les tensions sont les plus fr\u00e9quentes, ce que l'on appelle souvent les douleurs sciatiques.<\/p>\n<p>Si des blocages se produisent sur ce m\u00e9ridien, cela peut effectivement entra\u00eener des probl\u00e8mes douloureux au niveau des hanches, des fesses mais aussi du bas du dos. La colombe est un exercice merveilleux pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me ou pour le pr\u00e9venir.<\/p>\n<p>Cette position ne doit \u00eatre prise que si tu n'as pas de probl\u00e8mes au niveau du genou. En cas de blessure des m\u00e9nisques, d'arthrose dans l'articulation du genou, de blessure des ligaments crois\u00e9s ou d'autres probl\u00e8mes de genou, il est conseill\u00e9 d'utiliser l'un des autres exercices pour le m\u00e9ridien de la v\u00e9sicule biliaire. Avance un genou vers les mains et pose ensuite la jambe inf\u00e9rieure l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en biais. D\u00e9pose maintenant ton poids lentement et avec pr\u00e9caution.<\/p>\n<p>Ce faisant, selon la tension dans cette zone musculaire, il se produit un \u00e9tirement relativement intense dans la zone des fesses. Cela correspond au trajet du m\u00e9ridien de la v\u00e9sicule biliaire. Pour \u00eatre plus \u00e0 l'aise dans la position, tu peux abaisser le torse et poser la t\u00eate sur les mains.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette position, inspire et expire profond\u00e9ment plusieurs fois. En expirant, imagine que la tension commence \u00e0 \"fondre\" progressivement. La tension se dissout donc lentement mais r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p>Ne t'attends pas \u00e0 ce que la tension se dissipe compl\u00e8tement d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re fois.
