Pero tambi\u00e9n en este caso se ha demostrado que incluso esta cantidad de tiempo suele ser demasiado arriesgada. Por eso tengo el \"<strong>M\u00e9todo de los 3 minutos<\/strong>\"para m\u00ed y mis clientes. B\u00e1sicamente es muy sencillo. Todo lo que tienes que hacer si est\u00e1s seriamente interesado en el Qi Gong es practicar Qi Gong durante 3 minutos al d\u00eda. Ni m\u00e1s ni menos. Una vez por la ma\u00f1ana o por la noche. O siempre que puedas incluirlo en tu rutina diaria.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, puedes hacer el programa de calentamiento y ya est\u00e1. Si sigues motivado, puedes continuar. Pero el objetivo es simplemente hacer 3 minutos al d\u00eda. Y ya est\u00e1. Es como correr. Una vez que te has puesto las zapatillas y has dado los primeros pasos, es f\u00e1cil. Lo m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil es ponerse las zapatillas y dar los primeros pasos.<\/p>\n<p>Como ya he dicho, empieza con el programa de calentamiento o, si lo prefieres, elige tu ejercicio favorito de la serie de Qi Gong. <br \/>\u2028<br \/>En las primeras semanas empiezas con 3 minutos de pr\u00e1ctica diaria de Qi Gong. Como he dicho, por la ma\u00f1ana, por la tarde o cuando te venga bien. En la segunda semana, el objetivo es hacer 6 minutos de Qi Gong al d\u00eda. Y as\u00ed vas aumentando 3 minutos de semana en semana. Coge tu smartphone y ponte un cron\u00f3metro. Esta claridad te ayudar\u00e1 en tu empe\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Si quiere hacer algo preventivo por su salud, su plan ser\u00e1 el siguiente.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Semana: 3 min diarios<\/li>\n<li>Semana: 6 min diarios<\/li>\n<li>Semana: 9 min diarios<\/li>\n<li>Semana: 12 min diarios<\/li>\n<li>Semana: 15 min diarios<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El mejor programa no sirve de nada si no se practica con regularidad. En la escena del Qi Gong, pero tambi\u00e9n en el yoga o el Pilates, se presta muy poca atenci\u00f3n a este punto. Y semanas despu\u00e9s te das cuenta de que en realidad quer\u00edas hacer Qi Gong. Ahora empiezas de nuevo con el mismo m\u00e9todo y probablemente vuelvas a fracasar. Esto, por supuesto, aumenta tu frustraci\u00f3n y terminas dici\u00e9ndote a ti mismo que no es para ti.<\/p>\n<p>Es esencial dar peque\u00f1os pasos para desarrollar un nuevo h\u00e1bito.
